Return and Replacement Policy

1. Within 14 calendar days since the day of purchase if the product has not been opened, used, activated and is still in new condition, you may return your new and unused DJI product in the undamaged original packaging with complete original accessories to the store where you made the purchase. The valid invoice, or the original bank card that made the payment, and valid ID are required for the store to process your return at the full purchase price.

2. Within 14 calendar days since the day of purchase if the product has manufacturing defects, you may return your DJI product in the undamaged original packaging with complete original accessories to the store where you made the purchase. The valid invoice, or the original bank card that made the payment, and valid ID are required for the store to process your return at the full purchase price.

The item can be returned to our store you purchased from within 30 calendar days since the day of purchase. After this window period, the return request will be denied. Please note that you need to return the item in 14 or 30 days calculated from the day you receive the item. Otherwise your return request will be declined.

1. A 10% restocking fee will be applied if the product has not been opened, used, activated and is still in new condition,you may return your new and unused DJI product in the undamaged original packaging with complete original accessories to the store where you made the purchase.

2. A 20% restocking fee will be applied if the original packaging is OPEN and the item is not activated. It will be deducted directly from the refund.

3. A 50% restocking fee will be applied if the original packaging is OPEN AND/OR DAMAGED, the product is activated, AND/OR has significant signs of usage, AND/OR missing parts.

We will process your return within 3 business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. A credit will appear on your next bank statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle.

We will not issue any refunds that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above.

Please provide your order number and add the picture of the S/N number in your return request email. Please email your return request to online@magicskyusa.com. We will provide you an RMA number. The item must be returned within 10 days after RMA is issued.

Each return MUST have an RMA number, "a Return Merchandise Authorization" number. Please write down your RMA number on the outside of the box that contains the merchandise you want to return.

Only one RMA number may be used per invoice. If you have different items from different invoices, request a different RMA number for each return.

When returning the product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning a product. In the event you receive an incorrect or defective item during your purchase, DJI San Francisco Authorized Retail Store will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

DJI San Francisco Authorized Retail Store reserves the right to refuse service that would void the return policy.
